    Owl Post Books is a fun and interactive monthly book subscription for kids! We have boxes for ages 0-3, 4-7, 8-10, Tween 11-13, and YA. We also have an Imagination Mini subscription and a monthly YA Fantasy Fiction subscription.
  • What is included in an Imagination Box?
    Each month subscribers will receive an interactive Imagination Box with 3 books that are age appropriate and a craft.
  • What is included in the Imagination Mini?
    Imagination Mini subscribers will receive a brand new book in a colorful shipping envelope every month.
  • What is included in the YA Fantasy Imagination Box?
    Imagination Boxes are designed to spark a love of reading! Each Imagination Box contains three brand new YA books that every fantasy lover will enjoy!
  • How are the books selected?
    As a certified English teacher, a fifteen year educator, and avid reader, the owner hand selects books that fit perfectly into each age range to help your child find the perfect books that get them excited about reading!
  • How do I subscribe?
    Choose the subscription plan you would like to purchase. Fill out the form and you are ready to go!
  • What are the shipping fees?
    Shipping is included in the price of the box within the United States! We ship via USPS Media Mail which takes 3-7 days (12-16 days for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories). Welcome boxes are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate per package of $25.99. Packages are shipped via USPS and can take 3+ weeks to arrive after the ship date. International Shipping is a flat rate per package of $34.99. Packages are shipped via USPS and can take 5+ weeks to arrive after the ship date.
  • Where do you ship?

  • Are taxes included?
    Taxes will be added on the payment page if you order from Texas, all other states/ countries are tax free.
  • When will I receive my subscription/package?
    We ship new orders placed between the 1-15th of each month within 7 business days of ordering. If you order after the 15th of the month your package will ship with our monthly shipments on the 1st-4th. Our member monthly packages ship between the 1st and 4th of every month via USPS from Austin, TX. United States Shipping: We ship via USPS Media Mail which takes 3-7 days (12-16 days for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories). Please check your email from our shipping partner PirateShip.   • What do I do if my tracking says delivered, but I did not receive it?
    We use USPS and sometimes packages end up at the post office. Please contact your local post office and send us an email. We would be happy to help track it down. Sometimes, it may just take one more day for it to be delivered to your home.
  • When will I be billed?
    Your first subscription will be paid for when you initially subscribe then be billed each month, three months, six months or 12 months on the 18th of the month at midnight (CST). If your sign up date is before you're supposed to receive your first box, then your billing date will be pushed out to a reasonable date after you have received your first package. If you subscribe on cratejoy.com billing terms are based on your initial quote.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel at anytime by logging into your customer dashboard at https://owl-post-books.cratejoy.com/customer/login. Please note that if you cancel your order, it needs to be prior to the renewal charge on the 19th each month. If you skip or cancel after that time it does not cancel any open orders, prepaid subscriptions or paid shipments you may have; it will only cancel the auto-renew. To cancel open orders you will need to email customer service at info@owlpostbooks.com, otherwise remaining packages will ship on their assigned shipping dates. Prepaid subscriptions that have have shipped one or more packages are subject to a 15% restocking/handling fee if a refund is requested.
  • How do I request a refund? What is a restocking/handling fee?
    Customers are required to email info@owlpostbooks.com and speak to a customer service representative for a refund or before returning packages for a refund. If a customer cancels their subscription on their customer dashboard and has remaining packages in their subscription, those packages will ship on their assigned shipping days unless they customer has reached out to customer service for other arrangements. Customers that seek a refund for a package they have received will need to mail their package back to Owl Post Books. Owl Post Books does not provide return shipping labels for items that are being returned for a refund. After the package has been received we will issue a refund that is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prepaid subscriptions that have have shipped one or more packages are subject to a 15% handling fee if a refund is requested for the remaining packages. Packages that have already shipped to Canada or Internationally requesting a refund will not be able to get a refund for the shipping cost if the package has already been shipped. Restocking Fee - a 15% restocking fee will be placed on packages that have been opened and are returned for a refund. Handling Fee - a 15% handling fee will be placed on refunds for prepaid subscriptions that are cancelled after the renewal processes.
